As a certified Health Coach, I bring a non-judgmental approach to meeting you where you're at in your health journey and working with you to achieve your health and wellness goals. The number one determinate of success in any endeavor is support. This is where I come in and guide you to being the best version of you that you can be. Health is about so much more than what's on your plate and often times our limiting beliefs are holding us back. A Health Coach can help you overcome challenges or beliefs that stand in the way of becoming the person you'd like to be. We'll review many different aspects in your life to increase your life-satisfaction because health and wellbeing are at the foundation of all things.
Our first session is a free, fifty-minute consult where we will go over the Health History Form you will complete beforehand and decide if we are a good fit for each other. You can book this session by scrolling to the bottom of this page. I prefer to meet in-person but am also available for Zoom or phone meetings as a secondary option.
The Health Coaching Programs that I offer include:
The Six-Month Program (recommended): This consists of one meeting every other week for one hour either in-person or through Zoom/phone and text or email check-ins in between meetings. I've found that six months is an ideal time to help you reach sustainable change independently. The cost of this program is $1,200 if paid upfront in full or $225 per month on a payment plan.
The Four-Month Program: This consists of weekly 30-minute appointments for four months. These are typically conducted through Zoom or a phone conversation. I've found that this option is best suited for busy individuals with limited time to commit to meetings. The cost of this program is $800 if paid in full upfront or $225 per month on a payment plan.
Gather with like-minded people, receive peer support, and build lifelong friendships all while making beneficial life changes. These will be small group sessions of no more than 6 people. You will be put into groups with similar interests as your own. This is a twelve-week program where we will meet virtually for 90 minutes each week as a group.
A sample coaching program for parents*:
• Session 1: Trash or Treasure? – Kitchen cleanout and reorganization for ease
• Session 2: Kitchen Must-Haves – Essentials to always have on hand (spices, oils, and utensils)
• Session 3: Plan for Tomorrow – Meal planning and grocery shopping
• Session 4: No Prep, No Problem! – Creating easy and nutritious meals in five minutes or less
• Session 5: Cook It Up! – Meal prep and basic cooking methods (frying, poaching, steaming, etc.)
• Session 6: Showing Thanks – Mealtime rituals for gratitude and mindful eating
A sample coaching program for weight loss*:
• Session 1: Weight Loss Paradigms - No more dieting or counting calories
• Session 2: Change Your Identity to Change Your Life - How your story is holding you back
• Session 3: The Power of Habits - Top habits to breakthrough plateaus
• Session 4: Movement not Exercise
• Session 5: Exploring Our Relationship with Food - Emotional eating and addictions
• Session 6: Showing Thanks – Mealtime rituals for gratitude and mindful eating
*The themes will be aligned to the goals, challenges, and concerns that people in your group are likely to share.
The twelve-week program: A 90-minute virtual session for groups of six or fewer people for a period of twelve weeks, meeting every other week. Cost for the program is $400.
Add-on option for locals: three, one-hour coordinated get-togethers with myself and other participating group members at my home for restore sessions. These sessions will ideally be scheduled in-between our meeting weeks and the cost for this add-on is $100.
